Trump says US will seek repayment from Europe for Ukraine aid

Separately, the World Health Organization said one of its main warehouses in Ukraine was hit in an overnight air attack, the third such incident involving the agency’s facilities in three months. The attack added to pressure on humanitarian operations in the country.
The comments and the warehouse strike came as Western governments remain divided over the scale and financing of long-term support for Ukraine.
