Federal judge limits use of Twitter name in dispute over X rival

The judge also said X was likely to have given up rights to the Tweet trademark and the bird logo, allowing the company to keep using those marks for the time being. The case centers on branding tied to the former Twitter identity after Elon Musk renamed the platform X.
