The founders of Fitbit have launched Luffu Link, an LTE-enabled wearable that combines health monitoring, location awareness and emergency contact tools in one band. The device is designed to work even when a phone is not close by, according to TechCrunch.
The band is built to collect health data throughout the day and can also capture voice logs, the report said. It adds location features and a way for users to contact trusted people if they need help.
